Q: What is the organizational package?
A: The organizational package is offered to licensed businesses (i.e.
schools, daycares, churches/youth groups, etc.) that want to reserve tables
during regular operating hours. Saturdays or Sundays limited availability.

Q: Can we bring our own cake without scheduling a birthday party?
A: We welcome birthday celebrations 7 days a week. Our guests are always
welcome to come in to celebrate without scheduling a party package. Cakes
are the only food allowed from outside.

Q: Are character performances reserved for birthday parties only?
A: Characters are available to entertain all of our guests at anytime.
Simply let the hosts know and the character of your choice will be out
shortly.

Q: What if I want to stay longer than an hour and a half for my party?
A: You are more than welcome to stay in the restaurant after the scheduled
party is over. However, a party host will help you to relocate the party
to the general dining area in order to accommodate guests who have reserved
the time frame after yours.

Q: Is there a cost/charge for adults/parents to attend the party?
A: There is no charge for these guests, unless you choose to purchase
food or drinks for them. If you will be doing so, you can order these
items on the day of your party through your host(ess).

Q: What happens if the count changes?
A: We can not guarantee that we can increase your seating once a reservation
has been made. Therefore, add seats if you think more guests will
attend. Reservations should be made for the amount of kids invited.
Payment will
be made the day of the party for the amount in attendance, unless
it does not meet the minimum requirement.

Q: What kind of decorations do you have and/or can I bring my own?
A:We offer birthday-theme decorated table cloth, plates & napkins.
Or you may bring in your own if you would like something different;
however,
we ask that no outside cups be brought into the restaurant. These
items must be brought in the day before the party so they can be set
up for
your arrival.

Q: What does the cake look like and/or can I bring my own?
A: We offer 2 types of cakes: devil's food chocolate cake with your choice of Oreo, M&M or Confetti Topping or our fresh baked 12" Cookie Cake. These cakes will be available for $15.99 each. Our birthday cakes are baked fresh in our kitchen. Cake specifications can be made at the time of booking.

Q: How do I get invitations?
A: Invitations are available for you to print online and are also available
for $ 0.50 each in the restaurant. Invitations purchased at Pinocchio’s
will have the party information pre-printed for your convenience.

Q: May I bring a piñata, balloons or candy?
A: For safety reasons candy is not allowed in our facility. Balloon
bouquets, Pinatas & Goodie Bags are available for purchase and
cannot be brought in from outside. Please speak with your party specialist
about ordering the items.

Q: Can I bring outside food or drinks?
A: Only cake is allowed – no other outside food or drinks.

Q: What happens if I am celebrating two or more children’s birthday?
A: With 24 or more party guests:
Each birthday child will receive a Birthday Souvenir and both birthday stars will get to spin the wheel. Duplicate prizes not allowed.

Q: Do I have to decide on token packages at the time of booking?
A: No, a few days prior to your party, we will be giving you a call back to confirm
your party; you can let us know at that time or let your server know prior to
the party.
